If looking to take the learning, insight, and practice to a deeper level, consider either team-based coaching sessions or extended training session. Typically, Sara conducts this work with boards, executive teams, and senior leaders.
Each type of team session runs between three hours (half day) to a full day or delivered in small segments over many months. These sessions can be tailored to the needs of the organization or group.
In partnership with the Institute for Health and Human Potential (IHHP), Sara can also deliver training sessions based on IHHP’s flagship Emotional Intelligence program, the Three Conversations of Leadership or the Performing Under Pressure program.
