Due to the highly interactive approach, Sara takes on a limited number of executive coaching clients each year. Most often, Sara works with clients who have already achieved high levels of success and realize the next step in their career will require something different from what has made them successful in the past. Clients who are dealing with change, looking to evolve their style, brand, and reputation or need to take teams, divisions and organizations in different directions and know that it will require a deeper connection to strengths and blind spots in their emotional intelligence.
The methodology take by SARAjROSS & Co. is based on Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder Coaching approach which Sara was certified in 2015 as one of a handful of Canadian certified coaches.
The difference in this approach from typical executive coaching:
- Ensures the organization, leader and coach are all set-up for success, have the same expectations and are invested and involved in creating positive change.
- Balances what the organization needs from the leader and what the leader needs to meet that expectation from a professional and personal perspective.
- Focuses on building a positive support system maximizing the chance of success and providing results to the organization investing in their leader.
